A recent poll found that approximately half (52%) of American employees are considering making a career change this year. 44% are already planning to make the switch.

The average age a person changes careers is 39 years old. Workers may feel stagnated once they reach mid-career, as it could indicate that their careers are stagnating

Start with a Strategy Consultation

First, we’ll have a one-hour Discovery Call. This is where you can share what’s been on your mind and what you’re hoping to achieve. It’s all about understanding where you’re at right now and what you need.

The Strategy Consultation is $200, and it’s a chance for us to dive deep into your current situation and goals. After the call you will walk away with practical tips, advice, and ideas on how to move forward.

If you choose to work with me, the Strategy Consultation fee will be applied towards any package of your choice within 30 days after the call.

Explore Your Options

After our call, you’ll have a clearer idea of how I can help you move forward. Whether it’s career planning with Gallup Assessment testing and debriefing, job search support with interview prep, a resume critique, professional branding and LinkedIn optimization, or something else, we’ll explore your options together and choose the best path for you.

Ultimately, you’ll decide what feels right for you.

Tailored Approach and Next Steps

We’ll work together to define and finalize a package or service that fits your unique situation.

If you choose to continue with a package, I’ll apply the $200 strategy fee towards it within 30 days after the call.
